General Terms

kup9 is an online betting and casino platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. By using this website or application, you accept the following terms and conditions.

• Accounts are non-transferable and selling or leasing them to any third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

kup9 may at any time request a government-issued identity document (National ID, passport, or driving licence) to confirm identity. kup9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until this verification process is complete.

Age Verification & Restrictions on Minors

kup9's services are available to users aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted to create an account under any circumstances.

If a user creates an account by providing a false age and this is later proven, the account will be permanently closed and any funds in the account may be confiscated.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals at kup9 must be made using the specified methods. We currently accept the following mobile financial services:

• Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirements attached to any bonus have been met.

kup9 is committed to preventing money laundering. Any suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities. Users must ensure that only funds obtained from legitimate sources are used in their account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: a 15x requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• All bonuses must be used within a specified time limit.
• kup9 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

All games and betting activities at kup9 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules that apply during play.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a technical problem, kup9 will use server logs to determine the outcome of that game. In such cases, our decision is final.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits may vary depending on the type of game, and kup9 reserves the right to change them at any time.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All odds are set through central management. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud, match-fixing, or the use of any kind of illegal technique.
• Abuse of the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, claiming bonuses using multiple accounts).
• Sharing or selling account credentials with others.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or sending offensive messages to other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or systems.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 kup9's Rights

kup9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of providing a false identity or information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent financial activity.
• Providing false information regarding age.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for at least 12 months).

8.2 Voluntary Closure by User
